I actually
don't like sausage too much. Unless it's kielbassa. But who's ever heard
of Kielbassa Links? And even then, you really need some sauerkraut in
order to really enjoy them. But it can't be sauerkraut with caraway
seeds, since those are disgusting. And it should be eaten only rarely, so
that it doesn't become unappreciated due to overuse. Which is quite
different from being eaten only rarely, so that it doesn't become inedible
due to overcooking. I'm actually a big proponent of cooking foods
thoroughly, since otherwise one might suffer from explosive diarrhea .
